Lucy Sheinman is a qualified humanistic coach offering sessions through her online practice.

I am an integrative coach, meaning I can draw on different approaches to suit your individual needs. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, where the relationship is central to healing and growth.

Ways of working

We often go through life managing on our own, or with the support of friends and family but there comes a point when we need to reach out and seek alternative and objective support.

Perhaps you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or unable to switch off your thoughts. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of sadness, hopelessness and despair. Perhaps you've had a big change in your life and are feeling disconnected. You may be struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, or burdened by painful memories about events in your past. Or perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships or at work.

Whatever you are feeling, you are not alone. When you begin working with me you are in a safe and supportive space where together we can explore your thoughts and feelings so that you can begin to understand yourself and begin to move forward, feeling stronger and more like yourself again.

Typical Session

Sessions will last for 50 minutes and we will meet weekly at the same time in a private online or in person meeting that works best for you. This is your time and it is fully confidential.

Getting in touch

Taking the first steps can be daunting, that is why I offer a free telephone conversation or video call where we can find out a little bit more about what difficulties you are experiencing and explore how I can help.

Write me an email to book an initial complimentary 20-minute session.
